Batter Rice

Batter Rice offered, is very popular in the southern states. This rice is mainly used for making uttapam, upma, idlis, dosas, and other south Indian dishes. This rice has a thick structure, very easy to digest, and has more nutrition in comparison to other rice. This rice is widely available in packed packages as well as in bulk containers too. Batter Riceis used in preparing delicious, tasty, soft and fluffy idli, paniyaram and dosa. This rice is also used for preparing traditional dishes of Kerala. The flour made after grinding this rice, is further used for making different types of snacks.
